The tuition at Nazareth Academy for the 2010-2011 school year is $9980.00 per student. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at registration, with a remaining balance of $9480.00.  In addition, fees for the 2010-2011 school year are $410.00 per student.  We have three payment plans available:

1. Annual (click here to download Financial Agreement Form)
This plan is payment in full with a due date of July 1st.

2. Semi-Annual (click here to download Financial Agreement Form)
This plan is billed in two installments. Due dates are July 1st and December 1st.

3. Monthly (click here to download Financial Agreement Form)
This plan is billed in 10 installments beginning July 1st and ending April 1st. An installment fee will be assessed on non-annual payment plans, however the installment fee is waived if paid by cash or check or automatic debit. Monthly fee is: $20 and Semi-Annual is: $45 and applies to the recurring credit card billing available for your convenience.

Discounts

There is a $250.00 second child discount and a $500.00 third child discount available. You have the opportunity to donate these discounts to assist Nazareth Academy families who experience a crisis during the year.

Duplicate Invoicing

If there is more than one financially responsible parent, a duplicate copy of the tuition invoice may be sent to the parent with whom the student does not live. However we do not split invoices.

Withdrawal

If for any reason a student withdraws from Nazareth, refunds of tuition are pro-rated based on the number of days in the school year. The refund is calculated using the full year tuition less the deposit.

The financial aid grants for 2010-11 range from $1000.00 to $5000.00
Financial Aid applications for 2010-11 are available in the office or for download. The completed form along with a copy of your 2009 tax return are due to the business office by March 31, 2010. Notification of financial aid grants will be mailed by May 28, 2010. Applications received late or during the school year are retained on a waiting list.

Work Study positions may be available.
