Nazareth Academy is a Catholic, Coed, College Prep High School inspired by the mission and spirituality of the Congregation of Saint Joseph. We are committed to academic excellence, educating the whole person and fostering a community of inclusivity rooted in Gospel values. Above all we value Scholarship, Service, Spirit and Unity.

We empower students to achieve academic excellence through a rigorous and innovative curriculum encompassing all areas. We create a welcoming and evolving learning community that invites all students to cultivate their futures as lifelong learners with a global vision.

We guide all members of our school community toward an appreciation and sense of mission by our outreach toward those in need. We make a positive difference in people’s lives while developing servant leaders.

Spirit

SJEM

St. Joseph Educational Ministries (SJEM) is a Ministerial Public Juridic Person (MPJP), which is a canonical entity approved by the Vatican to act as a sponsor for ministries such as schools and hospitals to be governed by lay leadership, while ensuring that the ministry remains formally linked to the Catholic Church and founding charism.

Nazareth Academy is proud to join nine other schools (formerly sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph) across the United States as part of SJEM. Sponsorship by SJEM ensures that Nazareth Academy will remain a Catholic school and flourish into the future with the shared CSJ values and mission of profound love of God and neighbor without distinction.
