A Legacy of Breaking Boundaries
While our recent winning streak is historic, Nazareth has been pushing boundaries for decades. Before the school became co-educational and before IHSA inclusion, our female athletes were already champions:
- 1956: Illinois State Girls Basketball Shooting Champions
- 1959: Chicago CYO Volleyball Champions
- 1963 & 1965: Basketball League Champions
The Modern Era: IHSA State Championships
Since 2014, the Roadrunners have become a dominant force in Illinois high school sports, securing titles across football, baseball, girls basketball, and girls volleyball.
